Position Description

Integra LLC is seeking qualified COP/Team Leader candidates for the referenced procurement, an anticipated 3–5-year $20 million contract which will provide USAID/Georgia with a full suite of services in support of efforts to promote financial innovation, update the regulatory framework, spur improved access to finance, and related topics (see for more details).  Based in Tbilisi, pending resolution of any COVID related travel restrictions, candidates should bring the following experience and qualifications, ideally including an interest in assisting with preparing the proposal in Fall of 2021.


Required qualifications include:

  • Advanced degree in political science or a closely related field and significant practical experience as a practitioner and manager.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with issues related to the planning, designing, and implementation of economic growth and                   financial sector development activities, preferably funded by USG.
  • More than 10 years of experiencing designing, implementing, and managing successful bilateral and regional financial sector development projects for             USAID or other US government entities.
  • Relevant technical background in financial sector reform, financial management, financial and market system development, financial sector management,       business management, and related technical backgrounds.   
  • Expert knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance and finance.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a COP or equivalent role, managing a large, in-country, multi-year project of similar size, scope, and complexity as            Georgia FIP.
  • Prior experience in Georgia, former Soviet Union, and/or Eastern Europe.
  • Fluent in English, Proficient in Georgian or Russian as well as other relevant languages to the region.
